Yes, Uganda is generally safe for tourists. Popular safari areas and national parks are secure. We use experienced drivers and guides, and provide 24/7 support. Standard travel precautions apply.

Yellow fever vaccination is mandatory (certificate required on entry). COVID-19 vaccination or compliance with current entry health regulations is also mandatory where applicable. Hepatitis A, typhoid, and routine boosters are recommended. Malaria prophylaxis is advised. Please consult your doctor 6–8 weeks before travel for the most up-to-date medical guidance.

Yes! We cater to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Please inform us in advance. We also arrange accessibility support where possible—just let us know your requirements.

Trekking can last 2–8 hours on uneven terrain and at high altitude. Moderate fitness is required. Porters are available to carry bags and assist. We offer easier habituated groups for less demanding treks when possible.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations 60+ days before departure receive 70% refund (excluding permits). Closer cancellations depend on recoverable costs. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
